Launched in 2012, GOEN.J was first recognized by prestigious retailers such as Opening Ceremony and Harvey Nichols Hong Kong. Since joining Riccardo Grassi Showroom in 2014, a world-renowned concept showroom in Milan, the label has rapidly reinforced its standing across Europe and the US.
Juxtaposition of femininity and architecturally tailored silhouette is what defines the brand. It encapsulates romantic but contemporary attitude at the same time, adding up a fresh perspective to the familiar and ordinary.
The designer draws inspiration from unexpected harmony found in contrasting elements. Its unique approach to the balance between delicate and structural design is further highlighted by dynamic vitality, leaving a powerful impact.
Goen.J is now carried by high-fashion retailers both online and offline, including Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Barneys, Selfridges, Liberty, Bergdorf Goodman, Opening Ceremony, Shopbop and Moda Operandi. Named as the winner of 2017 12th SFDF Awards, the label secures its position as one of Korea’s representative global brands.
